Ordering, collection, substitutions and payment
Flowers are a living product and availability changes with each shipment. These are the practical details, confirmed with you at the time of ordering.
Collection & delivery
Orders can be prepared for collection at 266 Market Street South, Nassau. Delivery across New Providence can be arranged where available — confirm availability and any fee for your area when you place the order. Early deliveries and corporate, hotel and yacht florals are available by arrangement.
Substitutions
Where a variety is unavailable we substitute with blooms of equal or greater value, keeping the style, palette and overall impression you asked for. Container and finishing details may vary for the same reason.
Payment
Payment is confirmed before your order is prepared. We accept online bank transfer, credit card (visa, mastercard), cash. Card processing charges may apply and are confirmed at the time of ordering.
Holidays
Lead times for peak periods
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 7 business days before Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labour Day. The shop is closed on all public holidays.

Ordering information
- How much notice do you need?
- Same-day and next-day orders are often possible depending on what is in the studio — call or WhatsApp (242) 448-8710 to check. For holidays, place your order at least 7 business days ahead. Imported and specialty flowers follow an import schedule and need to be ordered well in advance.
- Can I collect, or do you deliver?
- Orders can be prepared for collection at 266 Market Street South, or delivery can be arranged where available. Confirm delivery availability and any fee for your area when you place the order.
- How do custom requests work?
- Tell us the occasion, date, budget, preferred colours and recipient details. We confirm availability, a design direction and payment requirements before the flowers are made.
- What happens if a flower is unavailable?
- Flower availability changes with each shipment. Where necessary we substitute with blooms of equal or greater value, keeping the style and colour palette you asked for.
- When is payment taken?
- Payment is confirmed before your order is prepared. We accept online bank transfer, credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and cash. Card processing charges may apply — this is confirmed with you at the time of ordering.
- Do you take wholesale orders?
- Yes, for the trade. Advance ordering is required, and minimum quantities, availability, import schedules, freight, payment terms and processing charges are confirmed before an order is placed.
