Ordering & delivery
- What does Creative Avenues By Design do?
- We are a family-owned Bahamian botanical studio in Nassau offering floral design, plant styling, botanical experiences, workplace wellness programs and Green Avenues school education.
- Where are you located?
- 266 Market Street South, Nassau, The Bahamas. Studio hours are Monday to Friday 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM and Sunday 7:45 AM – 11:45 AM. We are closed Saturdays and public holidays.
- How do I place an order?
- Call or WhatsApp (242) 448-8710, email info@creativeavenues242.com, or start an inquiry through this site. Phone and WhatsApp support is available 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and online inquiries can be sent anytime.
- What do flowers cost?
- Everyday bouquets start at $65, celebration arrangements from $95 and sympathy wreaths and funeral florals from $120. Custom event florals are quoted based on scale, flower selection and design requirements.
- Do you deliver?
- Orders can be prepared for collection at the studio, and delivery across New Providence can be arranged where available. Confirm delivery availability and any fee for your area when you place the order. Early deliveries and corporate, hotel and yacht florals are available by arrangement.
- What happens if a flower I asked for is unavailable?
- Flower availability changes with each shipment. Where necessary we substitute with blooms of equal or greater value, keeping the style and colour palette you asked for.
- How do you take payment?
- Payment is confirmed before your order is prepared. We accept online bank transfer, credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and cash. Card processing charges may apply and are confirmed at the time of ordering.
- How much notice do you need for holidays?
- Place holiday orders at least 7 business days ahead — including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labour Day.
Services & programs
- Do you do event and wedding florals?
- Yes. Custom event florals — including ceremonies, receptions and celebrations — are quoted based on scale, flower selection and design requirements. Start a floral inquiry with your date and we will confirm availability.
- What does plant styling involve?
- We select, source and place indoor plants to suit the light, scale and character of your space, with rentals and refreshes available. Consultations start at $85, small-space styling from $250, and corporate installations are custom quoted.
- What is Workplace Wellness?
- Nature-inspired workplace experiences and recurring programs — botanical team-building, The Botanical Reset, floral design sessions, plant potting, herb and tea activities and wellness-week programming. Experiences start at $65 per person and team packages from $750.
- What is The Botanical Reset?
- A restorative workplace activation combining greenery and chair massage. It starts at $130 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
- What is Green Avenues?
- Our education and environmental outreach program for students from preschool through Grade 9, delivered through three age-appropriate learning pathways. Classroom experiences start at $405 per class, with grade-level and school-wide programs custom quoted.
- Can we book a private botanical experience?
- Yes. Workshops start at $50 per person, micro-retreats from $95 per person and private botanical experiences from $450 per group. Flower bar and botanical bar activations are offered as custom packages.
- Do you work with organizations on an ongoing basis?
- Yes. Corporate and hospitality accounts can combine floral programs, plant styling, staff appreciation, client gifting, guest florals and wellness experiences, scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or seasonally.
Wholesale
- Do you supply wholesale flowers?
- Yes, for the trade — event and wedding planners, florists, designers, churches, hotels and corporate event teams requiring larger quantities or specific varieties, including imported and specialty flowers.
- How do wholesale orders work?
- Advance ordering is required. Minimum quantities, flower availability, import schedules, freight, payment terms and applicable processing charges are confirmed before an order is placed.
