Ordering & delivery
- Where is Creative Avenues by Design located?
- We are at 266 Market Street South, Nassau, The Bahamas. You can call or WhatsApp us on +1 242 448 8710.
- What are your opening hours?
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Saturday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM for floral pickups and deliveries only. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
- How much do flowers start at?
- Bud vases start at $45, floral cup and mug arrangements at $55, hand-tied bouquets at $65 (vase not included) and vase arrangements at $85.
- How do I place an order?
- Call or WhatsApp +1 242 448 8710, email info@creativeavenues242.com, or send us an enquiry through this site. Tell us the occasion, your budget and the delivery address and we will confirm the details.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Online bank transfer, credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and cash.
- Do you deliver in Nassau?
- Yes. Delivery is available across New Providence and the local delivery fee varies by area. We will confirm the fee when we take your order.
- Can I request a specific delivery time?
- You can request a time and we will do our best, but specific delivery times are requested rather than guaranteed. Deliveries outside our standard hours may carry a surcharge.
- What if a flower I asked for is not available?
- Flower availability changes with each shipment. Where necessary we substitute with blooms of equal or greater value, keeping the style and colour palette you asked for.
- Can you deliver to someone staying at a hotel or on a yacht?
- Yes. Give us the property or marina, the guest or vessel name, and a contact number, and we will coordinate the drop-off with the front desk or dock.
Weddings & events
- How much do wedding flowers cost with Creative Avenues?
- Bespoke wedding floral packages start at $3,000. For smaller weddings and tighter budgets, our Ready to Wear wedding flowers are available as a set collection.
- What is included in a bespoke wedding package?
- A design consultation, a floral plan for the full day, the flowers themselves, and setup by our team. The exact scope depends on your venue and guest count.
- Do you work with destination weddings in The Bahamas?
- Yes. We are based in Nassau and regularly work with clients planning from overseas. Send us your date, venue and ideas and we will take it from there.
- How far in advance should we book?
- The earlier the better, especially for dates in peak season. Send an enquiry and we will confirm availability for your date.
Wholesale
- Do you sell wholesale flowers in Nassau?
- Yes. We carry an inventory of wholesale fresh, dried and silk flowers, greenery and tropicals, along with floral and florist supplies.
- How do I order wholesale?
- Send a wholesale enquiry with what you need and when you need it, or call the shop on +1 242 448 8710. We will confirm what is available for your date.
